Enhancing Care
RVHAP is dedicated to enhancing the healthcare of rural Oklahoma veterans by increasing access to mental health and substance/opioid use disorder services. RVHAP purpose is to improve the capacity of critical access hospitals and other rural healthcare organizations to serve Oklahoma veterans living in rural areas through education, research, and policy.
