    Dr. White recently completed her residency program as Oklahoma State University Medical Center and is currently in a mammography fellowship at OU Breast Institute.  She is interested in research and presented a poster at the AOCR conference in 2013, titled "Hysterosalpingogram Evaluation of Transcervical Sterilization Devices Including Adiana and Essure Tubal Occlusive Devices For Permanent Birth Control Methods."  She is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Vassiliou served in the United States Navy.  He was a Hospital Corpsman and a Fleet Marine Corps combat medic.  He performed his undergraduate work at Angelo State University, attaining his B.S. in Biology.  While attending Angelo State, he worked with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Big Bend National Park.  Dr. Vassiliou continues to be interested in a variety of subjects and still mentors medical students at Oklahoma State University.  He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Brooks started his academic career at Stephen F, Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.  He moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for his internship and residency.  He then moved back to Houston, Texas, for a specialized Body Imaging Fellowship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.  He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the American Osteopathic College of Radiology and the Texas Medical Association.  He is licensed to practie in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

    Dr. Fullingim’s career in radiology and nuclear medicine spans nearly four decades.  He is the President of Diagnostic Imaging Associates and the visionary behind teleradiology in Oklahoma.  He has lived by the guiding principal of the practice of good medicine.  In 2004, he was named Tulsa Osteopathic Foundation Outstanding Physician of the year.  He remains active in academia by serving as a Clinical Professor of Radiology at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico.

    Dr. von Borstel completed a Musculoskeletal/Orthopedic radiology fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. He is specifically interested in sports injuries and wrist/hand imaging. He is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology and has a passion for teaching.  He has instructed courses for medical students at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Oklahoma State Universtiy School of Medicine, as well as continuing to teach radiology residents musculoskeletal imaging.  He looks forward to teaching throughout his career. He is married to his high school sweet heart and has two children.  He is licensed to practice in California, Kansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

     

    Felino A. Pascual, D.O.

    Dr. Pascual has the advantage of breadth of experience due to his vascular/interventional radiology fellowship at Lehigh Valley Hospital. The fellowship taught a wide range of vascular and non-vascular interventional/diagnostic techniques including angioplasty, renal, extracranial embolization, stent placement, TIPS, thromboylis, IVC filter placement, venous access device placement, vasopressin therapy and foreign body removal, just to list a few. Dr. Pascual currently mentors physicians in training through consultation and teaching basic radiological practice.  He is licensed to practice in California, Kansas, Michigan, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

    Dr. Fullingim completed his undergraduate degree at Arkansas Tech University where he received a B.S. in Biology.  He then moved to Oklahoma to complete his medical training at Oklahoma State University Health and Sciences Center.  He then finalized his training with a pediatric fellowship in Kansas City.  Dr. Fullingim entered private practice with DIA in 2009 after completing his fellowship.  He became the Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at OSUMC in 2013, in addition to continuing private practice with DIA. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

    Dr. Dennis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in zoology from the University of Wisconsin then attended Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained his doctorate in osteopathic medicine.  He completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Michael Reese Medical Center and in neuroradiology at Harper Hospital-Detroit Medical Center, in Michigan.  Dr. Dennis is the current Medical Director for Diagnostic Imaging Associates.  He is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Oklahoma.

    Dr. Bull is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University Medical Centers 5 year categorical residency program in diagnostic radiology and currently is an adjunct clinical professor of radiology at Oklahoma State University Medical Center.  Currently, his practice is a balanced mix of "interventional light", minimally invasive image guided procedures, performed at Woodward Regional Hospital in western Oklahoma; and general diagnostic radiology at many Oklahoma hospitals serviced by DIA.  He is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Oklahoma.

    Dr. Noah has worked in private practice as well as in a teaching environment. He was an Instructor and Assistant Professor at Allegheny University Hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He currently serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.  He is licensed to practice in Delaware, Kansas, New Jersey, New Mexico, Maryland, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Taber is the director of a telemammography program which began in 2007 with 3 analog sites.  The program now includes over 40 telemammography sites that provide screening, diagnostic and breast ultrasound services in Oklahoma and New Mexico.  Dr. Taber served on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Project Woman, a non-profit organization that provides funding for mammograms, breast ultrasounds and assists patients in obtaining funding for all aspects of cancer therapy, to patients who cannot afford such services.  She is licensed to practice in Kansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

    After graduating college from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA, Dr. Back worked for Big Brothers and Sisters before attending medical school.  While in medical school he worked as a library assistant and pharmacology researcher, co-authoring two editions of pharmacology flash cards with Elsevier publishing.  He also served as chief of his intern class and earned intern of the year award.  He served as the chief resident of the chief residency council during his fourth year of post graduate training.  Dr. Back completed an ACR Mini-Fellowship in Musculoskeletal MRI: Commonly Imaged Joints and awarded Certificate of Proficiency.  He is married and has a son.  He and his wife are active in the Parent Child Center of Tulsa Toyland Ball and the Tulsa Zoo Waltz on the Wild.  He is also a member of the Adult Congenital Heart Association.  Dr. Back is licensed to practice in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

    Dr. McCay received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Oklahoma State University.  Prior to that, he completed two undergraduate degrees—one in nuclear medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and the other in chemistry.  While working on a second bachelor’s of science degree, Dr. McCay conducted research on nuclear medicine cardiovascular imaging.  Dr. McCay completed his residency in radiology at Oklahoma State University Medical Center where he also served as Chief Intern.  He is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
