BRADLEY HARDY, DO, WARREN CLINIC
Dr. Bradley Hardy is a lifelong Tulsan and third-generation board-certified Family Medicine physician who graduated from the OSU-CHS in 2013 and OSU Medical Center in 2016. Following residency graduation he joined Warren Clinic. Over his tenure, Dr. Hardy has been actively involved in multiple committees including Pharmacy, Retirement, Quality, and the Physician's Advisory Council. He has been the System Medical Director of Primary Care since 2021, overseeing and assisting with ambulatory operations for non-surgical specialties. Outside of professional duties, Dr. Hardy enjoys sending time with his wife and two sons.
CORI LOOMIS, JD, McAfee & Taft
Cori Loomis is an attorney whose primary focus is on the representation of health care providers with transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance, reimbursement, and legislative issues. She also advises commercial clients on regulatory issues, employee benefits, and employment law. She brings more than 20 years of experience and has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers as a leader in health care law.
SEAN NEAL, AOA
Sean Neal is the Vice President of Advocacy and Political Affairs with the American Osteopathic Association and has more than fifteen years of political and advocacy experience. Sean currently runs the Osteopathic Political Action Committee as well as heads the AOA’s grassroots programs on both the state and federal level.
SHARI MOORE, RN, BSN, PLICO
Shari Moore has been the Vice-President of Risk Management at PLICO since 2008. Prior to joining PLICO, she was the Risk Manager of an acute care hospital and a Regional Risk Manager for a national hospital management company with responsibility for her local hospital’s risk management activities as well as oversight of 13 sister hospitals in five states. Her mission is to provide proactive Risk Management education to PLICO’s insured providers. Shari holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.
