Campus Engagement and Special Events

The Office of External Affairs plans and coordinates university-wide events that increase public awareness and support of OSU Center for Health Sciences. Events we plan include:

Presidential Events
Dedications and Ribbon Cuttings
Donor Events
Press Conferences

In addition to the above, our team is here to assist your department with your event needs. We are here to ensure your event is a success. We encourage everyone who is hosting a large event on campus, to please meet with an events team member. Please email Bria Taylor, bria.taylor@okstate.edu, and she'll connect you with a team member.

We ask that anyone needing to reserve Founders Hall or the Conference Center to please complete the below form.

We also have items available to rent for your on-campus event.

Room Reservation

If you are a faculty, staff, or student, you can make a room reservation online.

If you are a student, faculty, or staff member who needs an account, please visit our room reservation page, choose the "request an account" option found at the top of that page, then choose the option to request an account. Your request will be submitted for approval to our event coordinator, Destry Smith.

Conference and Event Services
