Finish In Five
Incoming OSU undergraduate students looking into entry into OSU Center for Health Sciences Athletic Training program can earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree in just five years through the Finish in Five program.
The Finish in Five program tracks— Applied Exercise Science or Public Health — will be organized in a 3 + 2 structure, meaning during the first three years at OSU Stillwater in theCollege of Education and Human Sciencesyou would take the required core courses in addition to courses that are required to apply to the master’s in Athletic Training program.
At the end of this three-year period and assuming all the master’s in Athletic Training admission requirements have been met, you would then apply to OSU Center for Health Sciences’ Graduate Program located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Once admitted, you will have two additional years to complete all the Athletic Training courses and clinical requirements before graduating with the MAT degree. Students can recieve guidance through thePre-Professional Health & Law Support Services as well.
The Athletic Training master’s degree from OSU-CHS prepares you for the Board of Certification (BOC) Examination as a result of the program’s CAATE-accreditation status.
