TeleLead bi-monthly meetings will include a cadre of practicing principals from small, medium and large school districts for ongoing collaboration on issues facing school leaders.

Why TeleLEAD ECHO? 

The TeleLEAD ECHO is a partnership of CCOSA, OSU Center for Health Sciences Project ECHO and OSU-Tulsa. TeleLEAD provides opportunities for school principals to learn from one another, share best practices and collaborate on issues facing Oklahoma schools.

Research shows: 

  • 18% of new school leaders resign after the 1st year*
  • 22% of new school leaders of high poverty schools will leave after the 1st year*
  • 75% of principals say the job is getting too complex*
  • 73% of Oklahoma Principals state they lack time for their own professional development.
