IoT forensics classes will be offered in a tiered manner, each class building on material from the previous class. Anyone interested in IoT device identification, seizure and preservation should register for the webinar. Going forward, digital forensics practitioners that attended the webinar and interested in learning forensic processes relative to IoT devices should apply for the on-line classes. The on-line classes are self-paced, but most will take approximately one week to complete. There are a total of 10 classes available for the on-line classes, spread across three weeks. After successful completion of the online class, interested practitioners that wish to further enhance their capabilities may then apply for the in-person classes.There are a total of 6 classes available for the in-person classes, again, spread across three weeks.

Webinar Law enforcement, public safety officers, prosecutors, judicial branch members.  Unlimited Webinar focused on how IoT devices may complement an investigation, IoT device identification, seizure, and preservation.
Online Classes Digital forensic practitioners from law enforcement, public safety and prosecuting agencies.  10 Classes Self-paced classes aimed at digital forensic practitioners for acquisitions and analysis of IoT devices. Three classes on separate device types, each class taking approximately one-week to complete.
In-Person Class Digital forensic practitioners who have completed the online classes above. Class content is for advanced practitioners.  6 Classes In-person class focused on advanced techniques for the acquisition of data from IoT devices. Students who complete the online classes will be eligible to attend. Advanced techniques not shared taught by other providers will be the focus.
