OSU-CHS Resident/Fellow Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Symposium 2026

Welcome to the 9th Annual Resident/Fellow Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Symposium. This year’s symposium will take place on June 2nd, 2026 in the Tandy Conference Center and will be held with a virtual option. Thank you in advance for your input and commentary.
