OSU Center for Health Sciences leadership is dedicated to fulfilling the educational mission of the institution and enhancing clinical care and research for the benefit of our state and beyond.
President Johnny Stephens, Pharm.D.
Dr. Johnny Stephens was named president of OSU Center for Health Sciences on Sept. 10, 2021. He previously served as chief operating officer and senior vice president at OSU-CHS. Stephens is also serving as interim president of OSU-Tulsa and senior vice president of health affairs for Oklahoma State University.

Jeffrey S. Stroup, Pharm.D, FCCP, BCPS
Provost and Vice President
Dr. Jeffrey Stroup also serves as a professor of Internal Medicine, and senior associate dean at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of the OSU Medical Authority and Trust that oversees the OSU Medical Center in Tulsa. Stroup is an active researcher and frequent lecturer on diabetes, antimicrobials and many other topics.

Dennis Blankenship, D.O.
Dean of the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Dennis Blankenship is Dean of the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. He previously served as senior associate dean of Academic Affairs at the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also clinical professor of Emergency Medicine at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Blankenship has been recognized for his commitment to excellence in teaching and patient care.

Natasha Bray, D.O., MSed, FACOI, FACP
Dean, OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation
Dr. Natasha Bray is dean of the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah. Bray also serves as associate dean for Accreditation for OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Bray serves on several national committees and has dedicated her career to medical education to meet rural and underserved communities physician workforce needs.
