OSU-CHS Budget and Finance covers many aspects of the university's operations. Accounting Services handles accounting, billing, ProCard and travel. Auxiliary Services handles campus mail, vehicles and copiers. Budget Services covers budget-related items and information on retail outlets on campus. The Bursar is responsible for all financial transactions between students and the university. Procurement Services handles purchasing, contracts and vendors.
