Format
This professional degree program has been designed to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, and as such is delivered completely online & the majority of courses will be completely asynchronous.As a professional degree, there is no dissertation requirement.
Curriculum
The Doctorate of Health Care Administration is a 62 credit hour program comprised of coursework designed to prepare students in both technical and administrative objectives. Students who have completed prior graduate-level coursework no older than 10 years from DHA completion may be eligible to use up to 30 credit hours towards their DHA matriculation. Transcripts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after application and department approved transfer credit will be communicated after admission.

Admissions

Applicants are expected to have a minimum graduate GPA of 3.00 (or an equivalent) or higher. A statement of career goals will be used in admission decisions. Where English is not the native language, students must have scored above 550 on the paper based TOEFL or above 79 on the Internet based TOEFL.
