Requirements

Fill out the graduate application admission form through the OSU Graduate College
  • Please mark ‘Degree Candidate’ as the Admission status.
  • Please list ‘Health Care Administration’ as the proposed major.
  • Please list ‘Master of Science’ as the degree sought.

Application Fee

  • Upload unofficial transcripts to your application from each college or university you have attended or are currently attending, including OSU.
  • Once a student has been admitted to the program they will have one semester to have official transcripts sent from their home institution to the Graduate College via email at grad-i@okstate.edu or sent by mail to OSU Graduate Admissions
