*The parentage test fee is assessed regardless of whether or not the known parent is tested. We strongly encourage the known parent to participate in the test; no additional laboratory fees are incurred to include this parent in the test.
**The mother will need to consult an OBGYN for collection of amniotic fluid or CVS. The collection facility should contact the OSU Human Identity Testing Laboratory at 1-800-299-7919 prior to collection. This contact is necessary to ensure that all required paperwork is available to the collector and that they understand how to complete this paperwork and transport the sample(s) to our laboratory. We can test uncultured amniotic fluid, CVS samples, or extracted DNA.
