This comprehensive core class will target every aspect of your care, along with involving other muscle groups throughout the class!

 

STRENGTH+

Build muscular endurance and total-body strength using a variety of equipment, bodyweight, and functional movements to improve stamina, strength, and mobility.  All levels welcome.

 

TOTAL BODY

A strength/cardio hybrid training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. This class incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles!

 

YOGA

This class works to develop the physical body with strength, stamina and flexibility; the emotional body with stability, confidence and descernment; the mental body with awareness, concentration and focus. The result is physical, emotional, and mental tranquility, enabling one to completely relax while feeling strong, confident and aware.

 

ZUMBA

An upbeat dance fitness class that blends vibrant Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Perfect for all fitness levels, Zumba boosts cardiovascular health, coordination, and mood—all while having a blast.
