Get a Doctorate of Health Care Administration Online Through OSU

The discipline of healthcare administration has witnessed considerable change over the past decade with a continuing demand for well-trained administrators, supervisors, and managers. Research efforts in healthcare administration have identified the need for administrators who have a high degree of technical competence coupled with leadership and emotional intelligence skills. The expansion of the healthcare sector has created an urgency for a pool of more highly educated, non-research-oriented professionals who not only understand the business and economics of healthcare, but are also prepared to deal with the leadership challenges this highly labor intensive discipline presents.
