Academic Coaching
The curriculum in medical school is rigorous and requires that medical students understand and remember large amounts of information presented to them in a short period of time. Academic Coaches are medical students who have successfully completed the course and are available to help other students understand the course content, study resources, and study techniques for the following courses:
Fall Semester -
- BMF Courses
- MSF
- Anatomy
Spring Semester-
- BMF Courses
- Cardiovascular System
- Respiratory System
- Hematology System
Academic coaching is open to all students taking the course. Sessions may be reserved for either one-on-one or small group (no more than five students) coaching at least 24 hours in advance of the coaching session. Students must note the lecture or content they would like to cover with the Academic Coach.

Academic Coaches spend time preparing for the session and so all efforts should be made to attend your reserved session.
