Individualized Academic Advisement Meetings
The Office of Academic Success offers students, residents and fellows the opportunity for individualized academic advisement in order to develop a success plan that includes strategies and resources that are specific to the needs of the learner.
Individualized Assessments
Learning, personality, and study strategy assessments provide an opportunity to examine each medical student’s current study strategies and to design an approach to optimizing performance based on a student's preferred learning style and personality type. Assessments that are given are:
- Approaches to Learning and Studying Inventory (ALSI)
- Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI)
- Learning Style Modality
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
- Nelson-Denny Reading Test
